This Privacy Policy, effective September 3, 2018 describes how SunsetWx, LLC, operator of sunsetwx.com (The “Site”) and its supplementary social media platforms (The “Services”), uses, protects, and shares any information that you provide SunsetWx, LLC when you use our Site and/or Services.

While using our Site and Services, we may request that you provide us with a finite amount of personally-identifiable information, to be used for contact and identification purposes only (“Personal Information”). Such information may include, but not be limited to:

  • Email address
  • Business affiliation (when applicable)

SunsetWx, LLC is the sole owner of any Personal Information collected through use of our Site and Services. SunsetWx, LLC only has access to information that has been voluntarily provided, via email or direct contact. Personal Information will not be shared with a third party, with the exception of fulfilling a shipping or billing request. Any such request will not be fulfilled without consent of the user.

DATA LOGGING

SunsetWx, LLC collects certain information that web browsers transmit when visiting our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data allows us to improve our Site and Services, by providing general geographic locations of Site visits, demographics, and other statistical viewership habits in real time. We use this Log Data to examine which topics users of the Site and Services are interested in most, and to better arrange the content that we provide to users. SunsetWx, LLC may share Log Data with third parties for the sole purpose of gathering analytical data to improve our Site and Services.

USER CONTENT

Our Services promote user engagement and content sharing. Photos, videos and other graphical files shared with SunsetWx, LLC by the user, remain the sole property of the user. SunsetWx, LLC may share user content across any or all platforms, with credit to the user. SunsetWx, LLC will not reproduce or sell any photos or videos to the public or a third-party without the expressed written consent and credit of the user.

PAYMENT SERVICES

SunsetWx, LLC offers a Pricing Plan for our API Services. Should you become a customer of our paid Service, you will be asked to provide payment information, including a credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code and a billing address to complete a transaction with our Services. All payment information given to SunsetWx, LLC will remain private. Payment transactions are currently processed by Stripe, www.stripe.com. SunsetWx, LLC does not process complete credit or debit card numbers and CVV codes.

POLICY CHANGES

SunsetWx, LLC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The latest version of the Privacy Policy can be accessed on the Site, sunsetwx.com. Should SunsetWx, LLC make any changes to the Privacy Policy, all customers will be notified using the email associated with their account. After a revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, all users are thereby bound by the new Policy, as of the listed effective date.
